Medmoire is a personal health record application developed and maintained by Medmoire. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at contact.medmoire@gmail.com.
Medmoire collects no personal data whatsoever. The app has no user accounts, requires no registration, and does not communicate with any external server.
All your medical data (events, profile, doctors, medications, documents) is stored exclusively on your device. If you enable iCloud, your data syncs in encrypted form through your own Apple account — it never passes through our servers.
AI features (medical summaries, tag suggestions, voice capture, document analysis) are processed entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence. No data is sent to any remote model.
We do not share, sell, or rent any data to third parties. No analytics, advertising, or tracking tools are embedded in the app.
Medmoire does not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
To delete all your data, uninstall the app. If iCloud is enabled, also remove Medmoire data from Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Medmoire.
We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
